As First Line Manager, you will drive the sales operations plan and for achieving agreed sales and broader performance targets for assigned portfolio and territory. Develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Implement weekly call with the Medical Representative to share feedback on weekly basic; Plan individual call with members to organize the plan of visits with HCPs; Mentoring and developing the team to commit to results.
  • Monitor, lead and motivate area organization by effectively collaborating Marketing, Medical, FFE and FF Training team to ensure effective execution of business plan; Ensure the company’s business strategies are well communicated via regular cycle meetings.
  • Drive market performance of the in-charge area through effective coordination, training/mentor and allocation of field force resources and personnel.
  • Lead the field force team on all people management issues, including high-level selection, retention, and development processes; Establish field force budget and control expenses; Report visibility on results; Ensure the support of pre-launch distributor sales plans for all new products in the market.
  • Consolidate all Medical Representative reports to provide a weekly update to Senior Management on results; Provide the listing schedule and tracking; Provide regular update and information on market and competitive intelligence; Drive communication across BUs.
  • Serve a key role in creating and maintaining key customer relationship within the area to ensure long-term partnership; Support members in building positive relationship with key partners; Define the key customers mapping.
  • Be responsible for raising HCPs’ awareness of our products to increase listing opportunity, and key contact point with KDMs; Timely update on tender timeline of assigned territories for supply planning purpose; Timely coordinate with regulatory team/ distributor to support tender dossiers that up to date with tender regulations; Timely collaborate with market intelligence in order to support product information requirement, supply information to the distributor on tender dossiers.
  • Act as role model for team in representing and embracing company policies, compliance rules, code of conduct, regulations and local applicable laws.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor degree in pharmacy or medicine.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese, Proficient in English (written & oral communication).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same role within pharmaceutical industry, with middle-small scale sales management and proven and documented track record.
