The CoinGroup manufactures custom-made products for agencies and corporations in the area of brand marketing and product marketing.

Our products are used for honors, events, film & television and sporting events. The products are manufactured in our own factories and marketed through a network of websites internationally, but mainly in Europe and the US.

Our worldwide customers include all well-known DAX corporations, governmental institutions as well as universities, military organizations (NATO) and media companies (Pro7 Sat1 Mediagroup).

Tasks

  • Leading & Controlling of all sales activities in USA and Europe (non german speaking) Markets
  • Management, mentoring and development of our 7-member international sales team in Germany and the USA
  • Personal support of defined key accounts
  • Planning of marketing activities, Optimizing customer journey
  • Optimizing and automation of CRM processes
  • Reporting relevant KPI to manage sales success
Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Sales or Business Development
  • 2+ years experience as a high performing Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, or Country Manager
  • Experience with B2B customers, preferably with a track record of building successful sales teams in this segment
  • The ability to successfully build or scale sales departments in a high-growth environment
  • Experience in managing a high performing team with track record of exceeding targets, setting compensation and performance based metrics
  • The capacity to coach and mentor sales managers and junior staff
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound (inside sales)
