- Creating and managing customer files: you ensure that our business products can be found in different systems and you are responsible for the O2B process.
- You check order forms before shipping and send them back to the requester if necessary.
- You take care of the contracts of our business customers and request credit notes, compensation or termination compensation.
- You communicate smoothly and clearly with internal and external partners and guarantee that they get what they order. You answer their questions and keep them informed - sympathetically and clearly - of changes to their order.
- We work with KPIs to keep our processing and delivery times as short as possible ... and our service at its best. This is also how we avoid loss of income: you and your colleagues from the Order Management Team (team of 12 people) regularly use handy tools to trace possible system errors, lost orders and bottlenecks in the billing flow.
- Finally, you keep your expertise up-to-date: you regularly check the current procedures, products and systems, and you formulate proposals for improving workflows and processes. You actively participate in User/Business Acceptance Testing: a test that checks the acceptance criteria and support for new processes, tools and products.
