Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager to lead our Wholesale Credit Operations team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our Wholesale Credit Operation Center, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the center to meet departmental KRA, while ensuring compliance to internal and external policies/guidelines. You will be expected to continuously identify any gaps and highlight them to HQ for improvement. This role reports to the team lead and the successful candidates will be based in PJ City or Damansara City office. Key Responsibilities: Functional *Responsible for loan documentation and disbursement of the center to ensure deliverables are achieved within the service standard *Ensure documentations are in order in accordance with the policies / regulatory requirements. *Responsible to ensure accuracy of data maintenance of the center *Ensure enforcement and compliance to internal / regulatory guidelines and procedures *Manage and supervise subordinate / team to ensure timely disbursement of loans and managing customer expectations for both internal and external customers to promote good customer experience. Managerial *Manage and supervise subordinate/team to ensure timely disbursement of loans and manage customer expectations for both internal and external customers to promote good customer experience. *Manage & provide guidance & assistance to subordinates / team members Organizational *Responsible to ensure operational costs is within approved budget of WCO Job Requirements: Education/Qualification *Malaysian citizen *STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree holder or equivalent. *5 years and above credit documentation experience Experience & Skillsets *A team leader who is able to lead, motivate, guide a team and result oriented *PC literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel and MS Powerpoint *Excellent spoken and written English communication skills *Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently
