Primary responsibilities:
- Prior Authorization for medication and treatment.
- Record-Keeping/medical record requests
- Attending calls from patients regarding medications, authorization etc.
- Patient History Intake.
- Conveying messages from patients to providers.
- Act Courteously with all patients while on call.
- Qualification:
- Must display a 'patient first' mentality
- English proficiency required (Listening and Speaking)
- Self-starter and self-manager (Complete Training will be Provided) Detail Oriented:
- BS/MPHIL Clinical PSYCHOLOGY
- PSYCHIATRIC DOCTOR
Timings 06PM – 03 AM (Monday- Friday)
