Responsabilities

Participate in the operational management of networks, systems and infrastructures, both internally and on behalf of our customers

Deploy and maintain network architectures

Solve problems and incidents, and keep environments up to date

Maintain and manage the supervision and monitoring tools

Report to the Production Manager

Candidate profile

You have a minimum of 1 year experience in operational infrastructure management, networks, backup and Virtualization infrastructures

You are familiar with Cisco, HPE Aruba, Centreon

You are comfortable with Linux and Windows environments, and have a good experience in network security

You have experience in IT support or service desk and you are comfortable with the client contact

You are fluent in both English
