Job for 1 - 3 year experience candidate, Work from Office.
Hi all candidates, I am Priyank, B. Tech from IIT Guwahati 2011 graduate, I headed Process Engineering and Analytics for Delhivery in my last stint and this is my early-stage startup. Alongside me, Upendra with MBA from CEIBS Shanghai, Forbes 4th ranking MBA program in the world is the cofounder. At Worksupp we are transforming the office supplies scene in India by creating a neat one-stop store for workspace consumables.
We are hiring for an Operations Executive role for a full-time job in Bangalore. The candidate will work on projects that will help implement inventory, accounting, and delivery processes for the company.
This role is intended for candidates early in their career, ideally with 1-3 yr experience (freshers are also welcome to apply). Previously I had hired candidates in this role, they had joined at around 20k salary and now they are earning between 13LPA - 15LPA, the learning curve will be steep so will the work hours over there but the candidate will effectively cement their career in this one job itself.
Selected Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Zoho Inventory - Digitise Supply Chain and manage Accounts.
2. Client Side - Note down the Requirements, Facilitate Deliveries
3. Vendor Side - Procure material, Return Samples, and Discover new Vendors.
4. Get to learn an arsenal of digital tools from Advanced Excel, Flow Chart, Zoho Analytics, Mail Merge, and Zoho Campaigns.
Mandatory -
1. Who are enthusiastic about the Work from Office role. Sector 1 Koramangala, Bangalore, Mon-Sat.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Vlookup, Pivot Table and Keyboard shortcuts.
3. Can speak or are willing to learn the Kannada Language.
Salary: Rs. 20,000 Per Month for the 1st 3 months then Rs, 25,000 (Negotiable). Location - Sector 1 Koramangala, Bangalore
