Description and Requirements
These are your detailed responsibilities:
End to end management of supplier purchase orders.- Being responsible for collaboration with suppliers, following up their performance and handling escalations if needed.
- Expediting orders and shipments as required, based on production needs and demand changes.
- Collaborate with Global supply management team on forecast coverage and with Inventory team on inventory levels based on production schedules and material lead times.
- Build up and maintain relationship with stakeholders and other departments
- Participation in new projects and support internal audits
- Support new product introductions to the market
What you’ll bring:
- MS Excel- basic knowledge is a must
- English & Hungarian language spoken and written is a must
- Experience with a customer facing role
- Logistics/ supply chain management background is nice to have
- Positive attitude with the ability to overcome obstacles
- Strong communication skills
- Self-driven and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
