Scope of Work: Request for Proposals for Prequalification of Services for Hotels/Guesthouses
HelpAge International seeks potential and competent Hotels/Guesthouses for the purpose of prequalification for the Room Reservation/Training Halls till March 31, 2024. Interested Hotels/Guesthouses should fill out the Prequalification Form and provide the below-mentioned details.

Terms & Conditions
- The deadline to submit the sealed proposals is Friday September 01, 2023 no later than 1600 hrs at HAI Islamabad Office. Bids delivered after the specified time & date may not be accepted.
- Please submit your company profile with this Proposal.
- Please submit your proposals using the submission template. All proposals must be completed in full. Incomplete bids will not be taken into consideration for evaluation.
During the evaluation, organization may ask for additional information as necessary.
- Quoted prices must include all government prevailing taxes (Withholding, GST etc.).
- Each bid shall be valid for a period of Eight months from its date of submission.
- Prices should be quoted in PKR only.
- Prices must include Freight/Transportation, Packing, Loading & unloading, and Skilled/ Unskilled charges to the destination. The supplier will use environmentally friendly packaging material.
- All values in the unit price column should be entered carefully.
- Procurement Committee reserves the right to cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
- Procurement Committee reserves the right to increase or decrease specific items or the overall quantity of the required items without assigning any reason and change in quoted prices.
- This ‘Prequalification Document” does not constitute any commitment on the part of this Organization unless a written agreement is signed by both parties.
- Suppliers must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices including but not limited to applying/ bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices his/her bid may be rejected and the companies in question permanently blacklisted
