Job Title: Night Auditor
Location: Komodo Resort, Sebayur island, Komodo, Flores, Indonesia
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Overnight (Typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations during the night, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-of-day operations including auditing and reconciliation of all hotel transactions and preparation of daily financial reports.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including guest check-ins and check-outs, reservation management, and addressing guest inquiries.
- Update room status information and prepare for the next day's arrivals.
- Handle accounting tasks such as adjusting guest bills, processing payments, and managing petty cash.
- Provide guest services, including wake-up calls and addressing overnight requests or issues.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property by monitoring surveillance systems and reporting any suspicious activities.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Communicate important information and unresolved issues to the day staff for seamless transition and continued quality service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work overnight shifts.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

- Labuan Bajo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
