- Understand drawings (2D/3D) for allocated residential renovation projects.
- Perform site measurement, execution & project management.
- Confirmation of design & executability.
- Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks
- Validate drawings, BOQ & site.
- Prepare detailed project execution schedules highlighting interdependencies of various tasks
- Auditing the site work by doing regular site inspections as well as monitoring remotely.
- Ensuring that all quality and timeline related requirements are met.
- Give regular site updates to the customer and ID.
- Single point of contact for customers during the project execution stage.
- Updating of project trackers & summaries.
Requirements
- Min GCE 'O' level & above
- At least 1 year of experience in project coordination for residential renovation project.
- Humble and hardworking
- Meticulous and responsible
- Able to work within tight timeline
- Position is on profit sharing basis (30% profit sharing)
