Key Responsibilities:
Assisting B2B Sourcing and Selling Team with daily tasks such as: data preparation, operational vendor management, organization of order documents
Order Management - Order creation & closing
Support company interfaces during the whole Purchasing Process, including Accounting, Operations, Commercial
Coordination of goods flow with B2B partners and within our different warehouses
Assist in building a sustainable product portfolio for accessories
Basic knowledge of Excel required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent German (preferably mother tongue) and very good English speaking and writing skills
EU-Citizen
Must be currently enrolled in Studies
Highly organized and detail-oriented, can work autonomously
Passionate about sustainability and reducing electronic waste
