job description

1. Receive goods in each store, put them on shelves, tally, replenish goods, and pick goods , packaging and other positions to formulate unified management norms and standards, and establish a target management system with core indicators such as human efficiency, cost, quality, production capacity, etc. 2. Organize monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews and evaluate store performance. 3. Supervise and guide stores on a daily basis to ensure the stores implement and implement the planning plans and operating standards formulated by the regional headquarters. 4. Carry out special and focused management on stores with greater performance challenges. Output practical and effective action plans to help stores improve and upgrade 5. Follow up on major promotions and key projects, and coordinate resources from the regional headquarters level to ensure the smooth progress of projects. 6. Collect store business optimization needs, conduct rational analysis, and coordinate cross-department resources to help implement high-quality ideas.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in logistics management, automation or IT 2. More than 5 years of relevant industry work experience, familiar with warehousing planning, warehousing operations and management, and capable of resource integration , planning, coordination and other necessary experience 3. Familiar with logistics warehousing, sorting and distribution equipment technology, and the operation of logistics automation equipment 4. Have rich experience in planning, operation and management of large factories or warehousing and freight centers
