主要职责:
1,面向园区的办公人员等提供设施相关的现场客户服务及工单处理;
2,负责区域内建筑设施及其电力,空调,照明,安防,弱电,给排水等系统的操作及正常运行;
3,检查及巡检(验收)设备设施的运行情况,报告运行故障和维修结果;
4,负责处理建筑、设备设施及外围应急维修;
5,监管设备供应商的现场整改工作;
6,根据设备的维护保养计划,进行周期性维护,监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作;
7,设备系统的运行记录、维修保养记录、设备履历等技术档案的收集、整理、归档工作。
要求:
1,仪表端庄,举止大方,穿着得体,态度中肯;
2,具有电工上岗证(常白班人员具有低压证,倒班人员具有高压证);
3,有制冷与空调作业上岗证优先;
4,会电脑操作,办公软件使用优先;
5,具有电工操作,中央空调设备操作、综合维修工作经验3年以上;
6,高中(中专)以上学历;
7,有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力,能阅读图纸者优先;
8,具有积极主动地工作精神,善于发现并妥善完成额外的现场工作。
