Administrative Assistant [Philippines]


 

Job Description:

  • Providing administrative support for the Warehouse Manager
  • Entering and updating employee information in HR database
  • Processing paperwork, such as new hire forms, benefits enrollments, and job changes
  • Timekeeping and payroll
  • Conducting reference and background checks
  • Performing various administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
  • Prepares HR-related reports, such as headcount reports and turnover reports.
  • Welcome guests and applicants

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience as Admin
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite particularly MS Excel functions
  • Knowledge on Manual Timekeeping in Excel/Google sheet
  • Strong organization and follow through skills. Able to meet multiple deadlines with excellence. Excellent time management skills and operational discipline is a must
  • Willing to work on-site at E Prime Warehouse, Meycauayan, Bulacan

Recruitment Process:

  • Initial and Final Interview via online
  • 5 day paid training in Accralaw Tower, BGC, Taguig City (P570 a day) to be given on the first day in Bulacan Warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php12,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
