Friendy's Ice Cream in South Portland, Maine is a Friendly's Franchise owned by MK's Creamery, based out of Cherry Hill, New Jersey. We are supportive, fun, inclusive and our goal is to make the world Friendly, one scoop at a time! We're looking for fun, outgoing, reliable individuals to join our Ice Cream Scoop Team! Our scoopers are responsible for scooping ice cream and serving it to customers, as well as providing counter service for out To-Go and 3rd Party Delivery drivers. Our ideal candidates are those who can serve up delicious treats with a smile, work together as a team, can maintain a neat and orderly prep area, and can assist the Servers and Managers with house keeping tasks. You'll be working in a team environment with other scoopers and our goal is to create an exciting atmosphere that's enjoyable for everyone!
No prior experience is required, but prior restaurant experience as well as availability will factor into a higher starting wage.This job is a great first job for teens looking for Summer time work or for anyone looking to flex their creative muscle and create beautiful sundaes that are sure to wow our guests! Be prepared to be hailed as heroes by our smallest guests as you hand them their favorite treats!
