Practice Co-ordination Team

Our Practice Co-ordination Team (PCT) is made up of a group of skilled individuals. Our key responsibility is to provide professional, efficient, and proactive business support across the firm. We strive for fungibility and flexibility to meet changing business needs by continuously improving our skills, sharing knowledge and ideas across the team, and embracing new technologies and systems.


We have an exciting new opportunity for a Team Assistant in our Brussels office. You would join a growing team of economists and business professionals working closely with colleagues across the firm in a multi-cultural environment. You will play a crucial role in dealing with a variety of day-to-day office operations and provide PA support on a range of interesting topics. Teamwork and collaboration are integral to achieving our goals.


Some of the responsibilities you will take on include:

  • Office management & Front of House services;
  • Diary / Travel / Expenses management;
  • Translations, spell checks, formatting and editing documents and reports;
  • Project set up, client invoicing, maintaining contact database;
  • Organisation of practice events, team away days.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a similar position within financial, professional, public institutions or third sector.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively.
  • Strong organisational skills, diligence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong team-player with a flexible, initiative-taking, and professional attitude
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Confident in building positive working relationships across the company.
  • Language skills – business French and/or Dutch, and English.


DESIRABLE

  • Language Skills – German, Spanish
  • First Aid and/or Fire Training
