This is a part time opportunity for a student who is currently at University, which could lead into a full time role.

Gain experience in Telco domain and work with the latest technologies in 5G and Cloud Native or Vulnerability Management.
What you will do
- Manage trouble tickets from our customers
- Work effectively in a team to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve wide range of technical issues
- Proactively support product development team by feeding experience from working with customers and customer installations
- Provide technical support for Ericsson project teams
You will bring
- Ongoing Education: BSC, MSC in engineering, IT or in natural sciences and less than 1 year until graduation
- Team work including virtual team work in multi country and multi-cultural teams covering whole Network and multiple product teams
- Knowledge sharing skills and readiness
- Business understanding
- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
- Planning and organizing
- Good understanding of Linux, IP, Cloud technologies or Python is an advantage
