Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 3D modeling and drafting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with automation and electrical systems (preferred but not required).
Requirements:
As a Mechanical Design Engineer at WK Automation & Electrical Ltd, you will play a key role in designing and developing mechanical systems and components for our projects. Your expertise in SolidWorks and AutoCAD will be instrumental in creating accurate and efficient designs that meet the needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Designing and modeling mechanical components, systems, and assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Creating detailed engineering drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
- Conducting feasibility studies and simulations to ensure the viability and functionality of designs.
- Evaluating designs for performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
- Iterating on designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mechanical design.
