Beyond the Alley Boutique is looking to hire a Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We are a small family owned Ladies Clothing & Lifestyle Boutique located in Winnipeg, MB. We are looking for a team player who loves fashion and working with clientele.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays
- If you are passionate about fashion and like helping clients create or expand their wardrobes with new styles, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
- Enjoy being a part of a small team and contributing in any way possible.
- Having the ability to communicate with customers in an effective manner and provide them with assistance while they are in the store is a valuable skill.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service which includes greeting all of our clientele, discovering what their wardrobe needs are and providing excellent fashion advice.
- Enjoy being apart of a team environment and comfortable working in collaboration with the other team members.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn about our brands and the ability to recommend styles to individual client needs.
- Have an interest in fashion, fabric, and building relationships.
- Be willing to help out with non selling activities as required - such as steaming inventory, merchandising the new collections, back room maintenance.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
Salary: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
