Alke İnşaat - Admin Finance Officer

Job Detail

We are looking to hire a admin-finance officer to work at our offices in Turkey and Germany, who would be responsible to take care of day-to-day financial and administrative issues including but not limited to:

  • Bookkeeping and coordinating the financial auditors, both in Turkey and in Germany.
  • Bookkeeping and following suppliers' current accounts
  • Overseeing and checking financial activities of worksites
  • Overseeing and checking procurement of materials
  • Overseeing and checking logistics of materials
  • Financial and administrative coordination of the worksites abroad with the headquarters
Desired Skills and Specializations
  • University degree
  • Fluency in English (German language is a plus)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Able to travel freely
