Sorensen's Glasshouse and Gardens is located in a unique location in the Blue Mountains, set in a glasshouse surrounded by trees and gardens. We are open for breakfast and lunch from Wednesday to Sunday.
We are looking for an energetic Food and Beverage / Cafe All-rounder to join our team in the role of front of house, barista and kitchen hand/runner. We have a full-time position available. Weekday and weekend availability required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality and Cafe operations required
- Barista experience essential
- Ability to conduct all Front of House procedures unsupervised
- Experience in taking and managing reservations desirable
- Passion for customer service and attention for detail
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced energetic environment
- A good work ethic with a friendly positive attitude
Schedule
- 7-8 hour shift
- 5 days per week
- Day time availability for breakfast and lunch service
