Impulsion Technologies is seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online advertising efforts and maximizing our digital marketing performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns across various platforms to achieve specific marketing objectives and KPIs.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad performance.
- Create compelling ad copy and design engaging ad visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- A/B test ad variations and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in Google Ads algorithms, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving positive ROI and meeting KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) and related tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Keyword Planner.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and eye-catching visuals.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and CRO principles to enhance campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Certifications in Google Ads (e.g., Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Display Certification) are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
